Patricia is an exemplary real estate agent! She displayed the utmost professional demeanor at all times and went out of her way to respond to interested parties at a moment's notice, especially since she is located in Richmond and my house was located in Petersburg. With her genuine enthusiasm and passion for her job, she easily transferred these feelings to everyone who toured my house over a three-month period during the recession (in the dead of winter!). Even when I had a contract on the house and was ready to give it all away to close the deal, she stayed hard and fast on the original deal and it worked out perfectly in the end. I have great faith in anything Patricia Ray Barton puts her heart and soul into, and I would not hesitate to work with her again, as well as recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Trisha has the client's interest at the forefront of all that she does. She's not pushy or impatient. Trisha is smart; funny; honest; knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. She looks out for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone. Trisha served as buyer's agent on two purchases for us. We began our relationship in search of an investment property. Trisha was very instrumental in guiding us through the process of looking for and finding a wonderful investment property in 2014, which offered a good ROI-return on investment. Next she went on to assist us in the purchase of our primary residence in Henrico in 2015. I found her to be very skillful in presenting our offer and negotiating for us. Patricia was amazing! She was super helpful, especially to someone like me who was buying my first home. She listened to exactly what we wanted in a house and only took us to places that matched our criteria. We didn't have to waste any time, and we actually found a house in one day! If she didn't know the answers to our questions, she willingly found out the answer from others quickly without any work on our part.
